๐๐พ As a Senior Business Developer you will:
- Identify potential partners (in need of cross-border transfer to XAF/XOF countries) across Europe first then Asia, North America that will drive revenues.
- Identify, Prospect, target, and close deals with potential partners across Europe
- Establish key relationships with decision makers within large and small enterprises or communities to meet or exceed quarterly targets by prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business.
- Create weekly pipeline reports for internal use.
- Work closely with Customer Success to define and implement a strategy to improve customer experience and engagement
- Build repeatable processes to collect and analyze feedback, and provide it to Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to help advise the product roadmap.

๐ย Skills
๐๐พย You have :
- 5+ years in a commercial role in sectors such as Fintech, Financial institution, Marketplace, Online Trading/FX, Remittance business, etc. Experience in management consulting/Investment banking is useful but not required
- Proven experience in developing and executing BizDev strategies
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizations
- Strong commercial acumen, strategy, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, being comfortable with pulling reports, diving deep into the data and analyzing trends.
- Advanced level of data analysis and manipulation using MS Excel, and Google Sheets. (SQL and other applications would be a plus)
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
