What you will be doing

• Design, develop and maintain Ejara apps
• Participate in engineering processes especially through testing, monitoring and alerting
• Debug production issues across all products
• Participate in code, design and production-readiness reviews
• Work with the business, sales and customer success teams to ensure that our users have the best possible experience on our platform.

What it takes to succeed at this Role

• English is mandatory. French is a plus.
• Have strong design and problem solving skills
• You are a persuasive communicator. You are both succinct and direct. You are clear about what you are doing, why, and what you expect of others.
• You have experience in Node.js or Flutter. That said, programming languages are more easily learned than general software engineering ability, so we’re mostly interested in the latter.
• Are innovative, push technical boundaries, and are excited to solve problems that have never been solved before
• Can follow established processes, write extensive documentation yet never hesitate to recommend some improvements
• If a skill that you don’t possess is required to complete a task you’re the kind of person who goes off and learns enough to get it done.
