This role includes development of strategies for channel engagement and growth of consumer products and service. He/She is responsible for daily growth in onboarding and transaction activities on channels. This role plays an important part in our customer retention and revenue growth. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for growth in channel usage, onboarding of new customers on channels, and increase in channel engagement for stickiness.
